According to the declarement of azerbaijanian radios , last days was held meetings of solidarity with azerbaijanians in turkish cities like Ankara , Izmir , Iqdir , Kars etc. Organizators of meeting claimed from government of Turkey to effect Armenia in order to stop genocide policy against azerbaijanians of Karabakh . Prime minister of Turkey Suleyman Demirel declared that Turkey activates efforts to stop cruelties in Karabakh .
On 2-nd of March Minister of External Affaires Hikmet Chetin informed journalists about the decision of the government of Turkey : " Turkey will claim all airplanes flying to Armenia and Azerbaijan from the territory of Turkey to land and to expose to the examinations . In this causing Ministry of External Affaires of Turkey said in his statement : " This document accepted in accordance with one of the points of OSCE accepted in Praga on 28-th of February . "
According to this document OSCE must impose embargo to delivery of guns to this region . Some peole connect this decision with the scandal among the officals of Turkey interested with Livian aircraft which flied from Frankfurt , crossed on 10-th of February territory of Turkey without any permission and landed on the territory of Armenia. Officials of Turkey criticized main headquarters Internal Powers of Turkey . Azerbaijanian side doesn't excepts delivery of gun and terrorists withing this aircraft .
